Too many "support" shifts. I call them "volunteer" shifts. Servers must work at least one shift a week either Hosting, Bussing or Togo specialist and by the time you get your paycheck taxes have tucked up what you paid hourly so you don't really see the money. If you depend on daily tips this is NOT the place for you.
