Not sure what they are doing well, based on my first day experience, and orientation I never returned.
Cons
To keep staff! Management need to and condescending.I ave more respect for their employees, know how to treat others, not because they are in Management they dont need to be disrespectful, controlling and condescending to their staff, even if you don't like them. Staff is the backbone of any company, So they need to go back to the drawing board and choose more capable people to be in Management and training for those who need interpersonal skills. Not just put anyone in a position or role because of shortage, that will not be good for business.
