The department heads and executives are stuck in their ways and are not the kind of people you want to deal with in a professional or personal setting. Decisions take forever to finalize because someone is always giving in unsolicited input/opinion or slowing down the process when they should not be involved to begin with. The department heads have very passive aggressive - or straight aggressive personality and overtime it becomes detrimental to have to communicate with these beings. The HR department is unreliable, toxic, gossips, and is not there for you. Please avoid this NY firm.
