Pros
Positive and supportive work culture, great SOP's, training & onboarding. Nice, modern office. Good pay. Benefits are expensive, but good coverages. Management is generally pleasant to work with.
Cons
Accounting department needs improvement. They are not held accountable for mistakes and do not "do what's right" to make it right for the customer. Executive leadership makes excuses for the department instead making improvements. Team lacks experience, industry knowledge, are not customer focused and cannot meet deadlines. When submitting issues via ticket or email, I was lucky if I received a response within 30 days, if at all. I would recommend hiring more seasoned accounting staff who have a background in property management. While they may require higher pay, it could be absorbed by the HOA and we could provide better service to our customers.
