      The training for RBT's is much better than other companies.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover. I watched other coworkers come and go very quickly. Talked to my supervisor multiple times about a promotion, but it wasn't until I gave them my two week notice that they finally took me seriously. By then it was too late.

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
