Your acknowledgment of FirstSteps’ clinical excellence means a great deal, as we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in all that we do.
We are also sorry to read of your recent concerns. While billing is necessary to sustain our operations, it is certainly not part of our company mission. Our primary focus and heart of our company remains on delivering exceptional ABA care to our clients while always supporting and prioritizing our entire team. We are committed to addressing the issues you shared and encourage you to reach out to the Clinic Director and/or our People & Purpose Team right away so we can address your concerns directly, ensure you feel heard and supported, and remedy any problems occurring.
We genuinely appreciate your dedication and want to ensure that your experience here is positive and rewarding.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours
Cons
Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
