The truth.....
managers who treat people as a number and feel it's acceptable to bully their way to the top.
An operations manager or so called operations that find it acceptable to speak to advisor like something they have stood in.... (bully and victimise people to the next level- things went down hill when certain individuals were given a higher position)
loss of the Sky campaign
HR that really can't do their job correctly and shouldn't be in the role- Breaching DPA and GDPR with more than one person.
Making over half the call centre redundant with absolutely no support to the people they did this too
Broken promises off moving up the chain to have position taken off you or given "secondments" to then give external people perm positions
Treated like a number not a person
Over priced canteen (meant to be subsided) closed at 4pm weekdays and 2pm weekends people in work till 8pm
Filthy working environment (toilets absolutely disgusting)
No parking resulting in people's cars being damaged
Basic pay
Benefits from firstsource are not great
Computers that are very outdated
Broken chairs
No support for DSE desks you suffer with a migraine your advised to wear sunglasses- THIS IS A COMPANIES RESPONSIBILITY!
Sickness- your petrified to call in as your guilt tripped no matter the reason for absence.
If you don't nail your property down it will be stolen.
No phone policy- but managers playing candy crush on the so called "duty" phone
Allowing managers to do as they please including coming to work under the influence of alcohol on a Sunday morning and no action being taken. (Just getting brushed under the carpet because of who they are friends with)
A company who finds it acceptable to get in a 'Portaloo' and hand out sanitizers when their was no water in the building- then threaten people if they walked out they would be classed as AWOL- once again idol threats to scare people.
Personal return to works completed on the call floor instead off in private and particular managers leaving this information on their desks for people to see!
No privacy everyone knows why your off!
** not a professional company at all, a company that thinks it can break every working law**
