I wouldn't say anything in terms of disadvantage.
Because I do remember the day I walked into firstsource for interview and this person Kiran Joy was just amazing and responsive in terms of all my interview rounds.
Post which the on-boarding transition was just great where had the opportunity to meet our Head of department Karishma and Vivek.
Both of them lead by example to all of us and we are always admire the way they work and we feel so motivated.
I still look upto them and see myself one day to be in that position.
I have always been on top my game, make sure to meet all my stats on a monthly basis and top the floor.
My motive is always keep the customer happy when they end the chat and make them feel that we always here to serve.
I wouldn't end this note mentioning about my Team leader Judith who has and will be still a great support and mentor in all that I do on a daily basis.
Supports me to grow in this industry and we have all the exposure to learn new skills to floor walk and support the new batches and improve our skill set.
She's just amazing and love to work along in the same team and my fellow team members are just amazing we always sit together and learn from each other.
And my trainer Asim who is down to earth person and who always helps me out in all process clarification and make sure he sit next to us and help us understand
He's been a great trainer and mentor and always support me in terms of personal growth.
I love this place and would like to see myself in a good position in days to come.
