      Pros

      Plenty of progression opportunities and extra earnings (incentive). The SKY Academy also is a very good training scheme, with skilled trainers.

      Cons

      Not too many, possibly if you hate customer service you would't like to speak that much with customers.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
