If you are coming from most other outside sales backgrounds, there is definitely an adjustment in how long the sales process is in IT which can be frustrating but management will guide you through.

As someone coming from the Public Relations field, I started this career with little IT experience. One aspect I immediately liked was the company's willingness to invest time and resources to train their staff. While the company is rapidly growing, it is still feels like a family-owned and operated business. This job is far from mundane and each day is different. It challenges me learn, innovate, and grow as an employee. The work environment is casual, friendly, and welcoming. Our open door policy allows staff members to access all levels of company leadership to ensure voice are heard.
