      Pros

      Fischer Homes is the best team I've ever worked for. The goal to provide an exceptional customer experience is the driving force behind ever decision made. This goes for our external customers who are purchasing a home as well as our internal customers who are our trade partners and side by side colleagues.

      Cons

      Fischer Homes is one of the few builders with integrity and it's difficult to find that with so many choices out there. Trusting the Fischer Homes name is something you shouldn't question...believe it!

      Pros

      They do a lot for interns here, HR is kind to do outings and are flexible with hours it’s rare to come by this.

      My department specifically is male dominated and I experienced some bullying. It sucks to work hard, have boundaries, and still get made fun of for things I can’t control. My gender, my race, etc. This environment forced me to do a lot out of my comfort zone. Sometimes that was good, and sometimes it was just harmful,
