Pros

High pay if you are selling as many homes as they want. Ample vacation time.

Cons

Upper management has become very profit driven and quality and customers service has suffered for it. The role is used like a competition with the rest of the sales team and creates a hectic toxic work environment at times. The sales roles are seen as disposable and are judged solely on metrics on a short 2 month time span.

Pros

They do a lot for interns here, HR is kind to do outings and are flexible with hours it’s rare to come by this.

My gender, my race, etc. This environment forced me to do a lot out of my comfort zone. Sometimes that was good, and sometimes it was just harmful,
