(Before Fiserv became First Data) great coworkers and collaboration environment, flexible remote opportunities, corporation but with a family feel, associates practiced Doing the Right Thing. And always focused on well being and career advancement and promotion within...now all of this is gone.
Cons
They spy on their employees with installed Spyware!!! Frank B. (New CEO) and his employees bring a cut throat, all about the almighty dollar, and step on others to get somewhere culture. Badge of honor to work long hours, demean employees, do unethical activities (see recent article where Fiserv is now paying out 40 million dollars bcuz First Data executives were laundering money, committing fraud and scamming consumers). First Data knowingly looked the other way while executives were creating shell companies for fortune tellers, mail order brides and massage parlors, this is on the FTC website and is part of the lawsuit.. After acquisition FD began firing Fiserv employees and putting their leaders in place instead. Not a good place to work any longer. Many associates who are part of original culture at Fiserv are quickly exiting and preparing to leave.
