A lot of benefits They are aware we are persons and not matchines Schedule Flexibility Compensations and recognitions (is not much but makes you feel appreciated) Extra hours are paid off. (By managers approval)
Cons
Most of the times projects are on fire, which means you'll have to step in and fix everything. Fiserv is client focused so If a project was already delivered you would probably return to the project after just because client asked for another new thing or something was missing and managemente was not aware of. Night-time working hours during implementation on server side.
