There is so much micro management and pressure to maintain 9 hours it doesn't matter whether you have work assighmed or not and this is being monitored by tools called sapeint installed in the laptop which monitored everything like what you browsing etc. Now part of other than that now fiserv has started yearly assessment if you get less than 60% marks which might effect your yearly appraisal and job too.
