Great team members to work with and people take pride in their work. Company has a strong history and like to share their experience and accomplishments.
Cons
Poor Senior Leadership. Always hearing about a new senior leader being appointed. But seems to always come with big changes that get in the way of the work that needs to be done. With the "Great Resignation" senior leadership has done nothing to keep the top talent from leaving the company.
