Aggressive acquisitions and spreading themselves too thinly across too many sectors means they have over expanded too quickly at the cost of the company. Poor big money hires too. Lost its charm / family feel and become yet another corporate but without the perks of big bonuses and constant flow of high profile work. Employees have become numbers not people.

Office well located, good company benefits including the increased parental leave offering. Clear framework for progression. Company is clearly working to address the 'boys club' issues so many firms struggle with.

The company struggles with knowledge sharing. The growing focus on utilisation is only likely to increase this issue. Salary not competitive.
