Lost its charm / family feel and become yet another corporate but without the perks of big bonuses and constant flow of high profile work. Employees have become numbers not people.

Superb management and excellent support across teams. Inclusive and engaging work environment that fosters learning and personal development. Excellent development pathways and options for advancement. A real sense of identity and belonging .

The traditional push to work outside of paid hours for a salaried role. It's unhealthy and puts profits before people.
