Working part time for $20-30 an hour if you are an assistant instructor/coach, or salary starting at 20k if heading both departments. Part time work, allows for school and other jobs to maximize growth in education or finances. Owner is an intelligent, well spoken individual, that truly loves the companies he creates, and cares for his employees as best as he can. He is understanding and willing to work with your schedule. Cons
If you do not enjoy kids, teaching, and thinking outside the box, this is not the job for you. You need to be creative in order to make an entertaining environment that the kids can learn in, and want to continue to come back to the program for. Some kids can be a handful, so you have to have patience, and understanding.
