Pros
Any pro's are buried under the layer of bad. I won't even start.
Cons
- Extremely high turn over rate.
- Company is beginning to lose money, leading to poorly covered-up cutting efforts in employees.
- Extremely dishonest with both employees and customers alike.
- Compensation is below margin across the board for all positions except management.
- Overworked employees, often expected to know high-level IT after being hired in.
- Will often hire non-IT people into positions which causes frustration among company.
- Redundant management structure. 0 reason for "VP's" within company.
- Clique-like social structure. Very common for there to be a "Us vs them" mentality within the office. Even more so with management vs employees.
- Often overpromise and under deliver for customers. Especially in terms of coverage.
- Refuse to invest in employees at the basic level for advancement.
- Training doesn't happen here.
- Often totes "ESOP" plan as a gauge for how well company is doing, but reports new numbers RIGHT AFTER large number's culling, which inflates price making them look better.
- Management care more about personal social media appearances than they do actually working.
Long story short: This company is in a death-spiral due to their scummy business practices and complete ignorance of actual issues happening within their own payroll. Thinking about applying? Don't. Thinking about signing on as a customer? Don't.
