Pros
The product and mission are very easy to get behind, which is a great starting point. But there's also a large focus on personal growth and you're trusted with real ownership from day one. The remote-first environment is well-structured and there is total approachability across the organisation. Overall, some of the most talented people I've had the pleasure of working with!
Cons
As with any ambitious start-up, things can move quickly and priorities shift, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable with fast iteration. Every week is different and processes are improving all the time, but sometimes you have to build the plane as you fly it. Remote work needs a more proactive effort on communication too but the company is filled with people good at this.
