Pros
The members made it worthwhile. Some of the co-workers were nice.
Cons
One of the biggest cons for me was that, before I began working there, it was promised to me that harassment would be taken seriously. I was told they'd rather cancel someones membership if that meant getting rid of a member who made other members or workers uncomfortable. I personally experienced harassment from a member, brought it to the attention of the manager/vp Noe, and was pretty much brushed off. Not long after, a member shared with me that this man had been harassing her over and over again, even to the point of the man following her to her car even she had rejected his advances multiple times and asked to be left alone. If I'm not mistaken, they either never canceled his membership, or it took a few tries on her part (even after I tried as well) for the manager to finally take it seriously. I felt really bad for her. There are plenty of other cons I could name. I'd also say I wouldn't consider this job disabled-friendly.
