Pros
Like many reviews say, it’s the incredible people you meet that make Fitzrovia great. The perks are solid too…a beautiful office, lunches, snacks, and regular social events.
Cons
Management often fails to address real concerns or complaints, even when they’re raised over and over again. There’s a clear perception of favouritism, with certain people protected or promoted based on personal connections rather than merit.
It’s tough hearing all the talk about hospitality and a great friendly culture when day-to-day you often experience the opposite. The pay is good on paper, but the long working hours with no bonus = not worth it. They love to say “this is just who we are and what we do…Fitzrovia is different” - but it can feel/is very draining over time and negatively impacts your health (mentally and physically). It especially shows with the notably high turnover rate. Overall, maybe a ‘fun’ and splashy place for a short-term stint, but not sustainable long-term.
