Cons
Upper management no longer cares as much as they use too. Year after the shut down, things changed. Work life balance is almost non-existent. When I was there, average week was 60-70 hrs on salary. DM, started making issues of small things because of new Regional Director wanted changes. DM lost 6 Managers within 6 months of my resignation in the District. I would have never left had it not been for him, and the Regional Director at the time. Spent 7 years, never written up, made 80% of my goals for those 7 years and had to fight for my last raise. When I left, no one even cared enough to conduct an exit interview as to why I was leaving. Believe Upper management has lost touch with what was important at five Below.
