Pros

You learn how to make burgers & fries. You understand how the fast food industry works. There are bonuses unlike other fast food companies, but are rare and mysterious.

Cons

It all depends on who you are working with. I had an awesome assistant manager on night shifts, but whenever it got busy we got in each other faces because you don't get recognition for doing something right, but rather discouragement for doing something wrong. Also it is very fast paced, so you have to keep up the pace or you will get on ALL your employer's bad side. Also they might stick you with lobby work (aka Janitor) on the first day onward, unless you say something. Cannot climb that corporate ladder if you starting out as a crew member.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
