Pros

Not much, good food? There restaurant is clean, we had a 100 health rating for 2 years straight. The food court was nice.

Cons

I worked whatever shifts they had open. I was a full-time employee. After 2 years of work I had to quit. My coworkers had been fighting for raises for 3 years at this point promises were made, but never kept. The only way to make more money is to get a 5 star review from a secret shopper. This becomes completely hopeless when a new person is training, you're in a rush, you're coworkers are not right for the job, and many many other variables become involved. You are packaged into a group of people, some of whom don't care or have any real sense of ambition, and if they fail or become apathetic then you do.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
