      Quarterly bonuses, good pay, flexible when you need time off

      Cons

      Get scheduled long hours. Very slow traffic, PTO is not acrued but given to you upfront and it’s not many days .

      Pros

      Successful, stable, and fair organization. Great mix of people serious about their jobs but liking to work together. Family owned. Growing!

      Cons

      It’s a job and I’d rather be paid to stay home but this is really a good place to be. The main thing people say is that they could use more training.
