Quick advancement due to turn over New stores to work in Your career is a blank page giving you the chance grow into the manager they want you to be.
Cons
Quick turnover - Mainly around pay or commission. Management staff within store is GREEN Training stops upon completing New Hire Program. Management team works ridiculous hours because regardless what day you take off there is always a call scheduled for that time. Balance between Work and Life is nonexistent for hourly and entry level managers.
