Pros

Timings can be the only Pros which is 11AM to 7.30PM. Apart from this there is no other Pros at the moment.

Cons

At Fiverivers IT Solutions Cons can be splited into unlimited categories. So I will pick the most critical ones. 1. Work Related Cons a. Works on outdated technologies and CMS. b. Not willing to inherit new technologies, thus employee don't learn here anything. c. There is no Business Analyst in the company thus, Client dealing is worst. In the name of a prototype, fiverivers forces the employee to develop the whole project. d. No project management is there. Thus project deadlines are never met. Employees are blamed for this. e. Coding is supposed to be a piece of cake. A coder at fiverivers should have magic stick in their hand which can write any code in minutes and that too very accurate without any errors. Because coder will not be getting any time leverage. A non technical person will decide how much time will a particular work should take. Any time estimates given by a developer is considered as rubbish. f. There is no work appreciation from your seniors and management. A simple phrase like "Good Job done" can boost up your employee. But sadly there is no such kind of custom here. Enough of work cons, lets move to next category. 2. Salary related Cons: When you are selected in the company, the salary is discussed. But we don't discuss when the salary will be paid. Its quite obvious that 99.99% of MNCs in the WORLD pay the salaries by 30th of the month or at most by 10th of the next month. So whenever a candidate is selected he doesn't ask when he will be paid, as Fiverivers IT solutions is also a "MNC" having 20 years of experience. Guys, unfortunately Fiverivers IT Solutions is that MNC which lies in the 0.01% group, that pays salary between 25th to 30th of the next month. An example - The salary for month of April, will be paid by 25th to 30th of May and that too partially. This policy is NOT disclosed by the HR at the time of joining, obviously only idiot person will join this organization after hearing this policy. At fiverivers, employee has to literally BEG for his salary, which gets very embracing. Since organization is not ashamed of this, thus if you want to work for fiverivers then you should keep your shame at home as one has to become shameless to get paid. 3. Increment / Promotions: Oops, sorry. These doesn't exist here. It can happen if you will chase the management for this. In the name of increment, 2 possible options will be put in front of you. First, Get a hike of 10% to 15% or Secondly, get lost from the organization. Regarding Promotion, you will be promoted for the work and responsibility only, don't expect anything else. 3. HR related cons: Theoretically and Practically, its seen in 99.99% of MNCs around the world that HR is the bridge between the employees and management. Unfortunately, in Fiverivers IT Solutions, the HR is biggest gap between employee and management. When talking to employee, HR is in favour of employee but when the issues are required to be put infront of management, HR backs off. Since employee has to beg for his salary, so whenever we approach the HR for salary, a replies come that talk to the director regarding this. WTF!! HR doesn't takes any kind of initiative which can boost up the employees performance. 4. Company Registration For every employee the name of the organization matters. As per beta(dot)companieshouse(dot)gov(dot)uk , the name of the company is "FIVERIVERS SOLUTIONS LIMITED" incorporated on "8 November 2006" whereas, in www(dot)mca(dot)gov(dot)in, the name of the company is "FIVE RIVERS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED" incorporated on "23 August 2016" Not sure why there is 2 names on the organization. Also the organization doesn't provides Form 16 to its employees. Also not sure whether they file taxes or not. Putting a fullstop to the list of cons. I hope these points are the most critical ones to give a viewer enough idea about how the organization is. Question: Will I be referring FIVERIVERS IT SOLUTIONS to my relatives or friends? Answer: I won't recommend FIVERIVERS IT SOLUTIONS to my enemies even. Its better to be jobless rather to slavery.
