Pros
The only thing this company managed to do on time was deposit my paycheck, and even that came with major issues. While I was paid regularly, I was not paid the overtime I was legally entitled to as a salaried employee. I had to file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Labour, who is now investigating the company. As a result of that complaint, I’ve been informed I will be receiving the wages I’m owed. I should never have had to involve a government body just to be paid properly.
Cons
Working at Fix Network was, without question, the most toxic and disorganized experience I’ve ever had. The culture is hostile, petty, and completely out of touch with basic standards of professionalism. Leadership was inconsistent, reactive, and often dismissive. Priorities shifted constantly with no explanation, communication was poor, and accountability only showed up when it was convenient. The environment felt unstable to the point of being unhealthy. This workplace drained my energy, undermined my work, and ignored legal obligations. I strongly encourage anyone considering a job here to run in the opposite direction. There are plenty of companies that treat employees with basic respect, this simply was not one of them in my experience.
