Pros
This company leaves employees without a lot of support, so it forces you to learn in order to be successful. This knowledge can and will make you a better worker. You wear so many different hats, whether you work as a sales associate or a manager.
Cons
Micromanagement from senior leadership, conflicting messages and zero follow-through on initiatives make this company hard to recommend. Like I said in the “Pros” you wear multiple hats and it can be exhausting to keep up with the monthly idea of how to improve sales. They have resorted to cold calling customers to try to get business in the door.
