Work/life balance. Fre lunch and breakfast.

Cons

Under staffed, alot of improvement suggestions taken from hourly workers and managers take credit. If you are not a supervisors favorite you will never move up. Little to no communication when it comes to important things the staff need to know. Alot of instances where operations try to strong arm hourly workers and violate the bargain agggrement with the union.

Initially, I will confirm that this was the best job that I had the pleasure of working in a career spanning thirty years....but....

Cons

With return to work following CoVid19 lockdown, things deteriorated rapidly. I was thrilled in finding that an experienced industrial professional had been hired to fill the position of Dir.H.R. previously held by a series of Ad-Mins. But, two additional levels of non-kitchen working administration had been added, external from corporate culture. Frustrating confusion resulted.
