people make up 100% of the good side of Flamingo - there were some lovely highly talented people there, albeit mostly in the process of leaving
Cons
toxic culture, a lack of basic commerciality, a business agenda that could at best be described as highly volatile, a directionless mess that only really served to sap the vivacity, confidence and sanity from lots of bright people
