Pros
Flexibility. Can wear whatever you want and curse whenever you want. Free soda. If you are a good at politics, you will succeed. Good for a paycheck (if they survive) while you look for a real job.
Cons
Unprofessional, immature and inexperienced leadership - they are entitled personalities. Major communication issues. Significant system issues. Do not care about employees. Play games. Leadership only interested in the exit and how it will benefit them.
