Processes need to be updated and documented properly.

I'm speaking only based from my experience. Management has been good to me, I would not have stayed almost ten years if not. My first stakeholder had to withdraw some of their available jobs during my first year, but management stuck with me. And since then, Flat Planet's been a great help in maintaining in my continuing good relations with my current stakeholder. Great efforts are also being given trying to engaging everyone with different activities for all employees.

I'm still thinking for now.
