Experienced candidates, be careful of accepting position below your expectation. They will say anything to get you in, including your career will be fast tracked. That’s not true at all. Most managers are inexperienced and promoted from within, therefore are inherently biased towards current employees. Post acquisition, some teams of lost the appetite for taking risk.
