No drop facility for Male EMPLOYEEs I- N - C - E - N - T - I- V- E- S > so far heard from existing EMPLOYEEs it has been BIGGest Joke of every FY (since the time it has started) STARTS at the BEGINNING OF Financial year - once year is over - No one talks about it :( HOLIDAYS LIST - who ADDs weekends on the MANDATORY Holiday list (SAT & SUN) included n pins it on to Notice board :( LEAVE - Take one ! well WAr has just begun with (MSGS & EMAILs) even EMPLOYEEs has leave balnce. APPLy leave looks like some big " SIN ". Thn WHY (CL & PL) People r asked to work on APPlied leave + on weekend off too (with out any compensation! ) Management POLICIES - Too many BIG talks. POLICIES CHANGES or TOSSED anytime - VERY FAST HERE. Said SOMTHING TODAY MAYNOT VALID AFTER FEW MONTHS. so good to have things on paper (to avoid SURPRISES later). Huh ! EMPLOYEEs welfare - A cheap thing to look for. No ONE CAREs at all.
