      The staff were really friendly there and the bosses took an interest in you

      Use to be based out of an old building which had its issues but have since moved to newer premises

      None whatsoever. Honestly zero pros.

      Cons

      Toxic management who micromanage absolutely everything. They treat everyone like children and want robots in the seats, who never move. They can't see anyone's value and treat everyone the same, even those who go above and beyond.
