Upper management doesn’t seem to know the industry to well and stands in the way of us trying to grow the stores running community. They also want you to push certain products on customers which ultimately makes a lot of customers not want to come back.

Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
