Solid company to work for. Great managers.

None to honestly really note.

Able to get time off when needed.

Complete lack of communication. Management is clueless. Forced to push out work with complete disregard for doing the job correctly, just worried about goals. Overboard on new safety policies for shareholders sake, not actual employees safety. Overpricing themselves out of work. Training is non existent.
