Plenty of overtime, everyone gets along . Your not micromanaged , most trucks are automatic they give you two (small) bonuses a year.

Under paid for the job we do. Sure we make about $50000 a year but you have to work 60 plus hours a week to make. No balance what so ever for family life. Benefits are ridiculously expensive.
