      Pros

      People are smart, friendly and some of the best in the business. Really cool and interesting clients and projects bring invaluable opportunities to learn and gain industry experience.

      Cons

      Omnicom sucks. Pay isn't great at lower levels and raises and promotions aren't even something we can ask for bc it's all decided by them. Our culture has taken a hit as a result and we're struggling with retention and hiring.

      Pros

      Benefits, parental leave and other leave options are pretty good. The people are great, but it isn’t enough anymore.

      Cons

      All business decisions are up to Omnicom, which is absolutely a negative. Compensation and promotions aren’t keeping in line with the market.
