Good project - Quantity Surveyor Fletcher Construction Employee Review

Not learning various competencies, so I feel behind compared to others with same years of experience. I had raised the issues for several years. Nothing happened. My scholarship application for 1 semester (not whole course) was declined even had worked for almost 5 years when the HR knew, I may relocate abroad in a year.
