4O1K√ Insurance√ both of those are decent. Hourly rate is OK. Paid vacation and holidays. One unique perk your birthday is considered a holiday, you can either take the day off with pay or work for double time pay rate.
Cons
Hourly rate is $1.50 - $2.00 lower than a competitive rate should be. Attendance policy is as strict as the local prison. Must work 7 years to have 3 weeks of vacation. Most employers of equal size require 5 years of service for 3 weeks vacation.
