      Pros

      Have you ever wanted to be a nameless faceless drone, only identified as a number? Then Flexan is the place for you! Their open door policy is great for showcasing empty offices! Revolving door turnover levels!

      Cons

      HR and upper management were “unaware” of violations of state labor laws for an entire year! They maintained nepotism in management and toxic personnel for over a decade! Safety issues were met with dismissive and condescending attitudes. Likely contributing to an oven malfunction that injured one employee.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty decent. 4 day work week for most.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by Ingersoll Rand. There has been a lack of leadership in the Chicago facility. Morale is all time low. Everyone is unhappy. There is no opportunity for growth. Overworked and underpaid. Horrible communication all around.
