Pros
Really kind, helpful, intelligent, and wonderful human beings work at Flexan. I was there as a contractor for slightly more than a year and loved every minute of it. Many positions within Flexan are hybrid or remote, so that's a plus. They will soon have exceptional benefits through the parent company, Ingersoll Rand.

--It's still run like a (disorganized) family business even though it's not --Communication and structure could be improved
