Our CEO and senior leaders developed an ambitious strategy in 2019 that was designed to take us from twenty-six b2b products at a time when consumer leasing was king, to four customer-facing, digital offerings in a BNPL-led world. To successfully achieve this, the organisation has had to undergo a fundamental transformation program. As we’ve moved to our more nimble, agile business, we’ve evolved our workforce to ensure our skills and capabilities are more fit for the customer led world we’re operating in. There is no doubt that transformations are difficult and that they impact every part of the business. But we are all incredibly proud that today, we are the third largest BNPL provider in Australasia, the only BNPL provider in Ireland, and are expanding our international presence, taking our expertise in customer experience, product design and credit management global.
