Nothing. Don't ever join this company you will regret your precious time and energy ruining for this company. There are many other Good Market research companies in Pune. But don't go for this.

Huge List i can write an essay. 1) Not equal treatment to senior and junior.Seniors are king here & that's it. 2) They take 3 Months retention amount 2000 each month. 3) For first 6 months they pay salary on 7th. 4) They charge even for the head phones..Ridiculous...come on..we are doing your company work..i was wondering why they don't charge for Using PC as well...hah 5) Worst Leave Policy.No Work / Life Balance. 6) Delay in opening in bank account and appointment letter...it could be the scenario that they will taste u for few days.Otherwise Bye Bye. 7) Canteen available but no food there..might be ghost eat there. 8) They know very well how to use employees to their means. 9) All decisions taken by Egoistic HR which even don't know how to talk with employees.But wait they gossips like kids demand for toys. 10) Worry about your salary here as they can fire you anytime with giving consent of their so called policies. 11) Senior Management Sleeps Here.
