      Getting a hold of supervisors take time and make you put customers on hold very often, and you get in trouble for putting them on hold

      Pros

      Theres a lot of internal opportunities to move around if you’d like to switch things up.

      Cons

      After the CEO left and Questrade stepped in, it really went downhill. Mass layoffs, work distribution, underpaid and overworked staff. Management is irritable and stressed. The environment shifted negatively.
