Kind co-workers, clean and nice office, good location, responsive management, sense of ownership, engaging work, casual dress code, modern and innovative work tools and techniques.

In general, compensation and benefits are very good, the only thing missing is the inclusion of sick days. Otherwise, I cannot think of a single negative thing.

Everyone has a voice at Flexo Concepts. Collaborative thinking is encouraged to such a degree that we have a “submit idea” button on our desktops and employee suggestions are regularly implemented! I truly can’t think of one but if I did have a complaint, I would express it to management and it would be addressed and resolved!
